Interesting! Thanks :) One of my fellows CMs at the Poly mentioned that there is a cake room in wdw that supplies some of the little birthday cakes that you can get for your birthday and what not but it's interesting to see that the Contemporary does it too!
The CR supplies all the cakes for MK (CRT, BoG, CP, etc.), WL, FW and of course CR. We have also done special events cakes for EWWOS and EPCOT.
