We have a big central Bakery for baking goods here at Disneyland where I work. Do you have central bakery in WDW or is baking split amongst locations?

DeleteI've never been to Disneyland but I have researched their baking areas and I know exactly what you are talking about. You pretty much have 1 BIG bakery that supplies the park, you even have a cake room!
WDW is a bit different. We have 12 locations where bakers can work, some you may not even know exist! For example, I never knew there was a bakery at the Polynesian Resort until I worked there!
Each park has their own central bakery, Magic Kingdom being the biggest and they also supply cakes to the resorts on the monorail route. I will be working in Epcot's central bakery this July so I will be baking and plating all the desserts for Epcot.
